Terms of Service and Public Offer

1. Who we are and what this document is

Lexica (https://lexica.erarta.ai) is provided by Erarta FZE, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (license 4203733.01), the "Operator". This document is a public offer: by using the service and by ticking the consent boxes at sign-in or checkout you accept its terms.

Lexica uses artificial intelligence to create English practice materials in the format of the Cambridge Young Learners English exams (Starters, Movers, Flyers): texts, illustrations, audio, and student and teacher PDFs.

Lexica is an independent service. It is not affiliated with and not endorsed by Cambridge University Press & Assessment. The names Cambridge, YLE, Starters, Movers and Flyers belong to their owners and are used only to describe the preparation format.

2. Age: 18 and over only

The service is for adults: teachers, schools and educational content creators. You may use Lexica and pay for a subscription only if you are 18 or older. By ticking the age confirmation you declare that you are at least 18 and legally capable.

Materials created in the service are meant to be used by adults when working with children. Children are not given independent access. The Operator may block an account if there is reason to believe that the user is under 18.

3. Account

You sign in with a code sent to your email address. You are responsible for access to your mailbox and your access token and must not share them. If you lose access, write to [email protected].

4. Plans, payment and auto-renewal

The Trial plan is free and includes 3 generations. Paid plans: Basic (10 generations a month) and Pro (30 generations a month). Current prices are shown on the Pricing page before you pay: in Russian rubles for payments in Russia (YooKassa) and in US dollars everywhere else (Stripe).

A subscription lasts one month and renews automatically for the same period at the same price until you cancel. Cancel at any time on the Account page: there are no further charges and access continues to the end of the paid period. The saved payment method is used only to renew your subscription.

An upgrade applies at once and you pay only the difference for the remaining days of the period. A downgrade takes effect from the next period. The generation limit counts from the start of the paid period and resets at its end.

Payments are processed by the payment provider (YooKassa or Stripe). The Operator does not store card numbers.

5. Refunds

Refund and cancellation terms are in the separate document "Refunds and cancellation" and form part of this offer.

6. Materials created by the service

Texts, images and audio are generated by neural networks and may contain mistakes, inaccuracies or unsuitable wording. Review the materials before using them in class: you are responsible for how you use them.

You may use the materials created from your parameters for teaching and for your work, including commercial use. The Operator does not guarantee that a result is unique: similar requests can produce similar materials.

You must not use the service for unlawful, harmful or misleading content, bypass limits, extract the service automatically other than through its API, or infringe the rights of others.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". The Operator aims for continuous operation but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or results fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the last month of the subscription.

8. Changes

The Operator may update the documents. The version date is at the bottom of the page. After a material change you will be asked to accept the new version at your next sign-in.

9. Governing law and contact

The law of the United Arab Emirates applies unless mandatory consumer law of your country requires otherwise. The parties will try to settle disputes by talking first: [email protected].
