1. Data controller

2. Data we process

Your email address (for sign-in and contact), subscription and payment details (plan, period, status, identifiers at the payment provider; we do not receive or store card numbers), your generation parameters and the materials created, technical information (IP address, browser, request logs), interface language, and consent records with the date and the version of the documents.

We do not ask for children's data: the service is only for people aged 18 and over.

3. Why we do it

To provide the service and code sign-in, take payments and run the subscription, create and store your materials, answer your requests, protect the service from abuse, and meet legal duties. Visit analytics is switched on only with your cookie consent.

4. Who receives data

Our providers, without whom the service does not work: hosting and databases (Hetzner, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare), payments (YooKassa, Stripe), email delivery (Resend, Amazon SES), and the artificial intelligence models used for generation (Google, OpenRouter, Amazon). The models receive the task parameters and generation text, not your email or payment data. We do not sell personal data.

Data may be processed outside your country, including in Europe and the United States. Providers must protect data to a standard no lower than the law requires.

5. Retention

Account data and materials are kept while the account exists. Payment and consent records are kept as long as law and accounting require. After you delete the account, data is deleted or anonymised, except what must be kept by law.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, export, deletion of the account and data, withdraw consent, and object to processing. Write to [email protected]: we answer within a reasonable time and no later than 30 days. You may also contact the data protection authority of your country.

7. Security and changes

We use encrypted connections, separated access and logging. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. If the policy changes materially we will ask you to accept the new version at sign-in.
